Earlier Works (2013 - 2016)
2013 marked the year I first started working in 'series', creating fanciful paintings with a nod to Dance. In 2014 I embarked on a series entitled 'Arte de las Calles' (Art of the Streets), after impactful visits to Buenos Aires and Valparaiso Chile. The paintings expressed the beauty to be found in unexpected places and materials, provided we Just... Pay... Attention. 2015 was a year for Abstraction, and the 2016 'Homecoming' series explored the meaning of 'home'.
